                    Products are returned in the original packaging The package was never opened, i.e. is sealed (*), The product shows no sign of usage (*), The stamped invoice is attached,\u00a0(*) Condition doesn\u2019t apply for faulty (defective) products\u00a0You have up to 30 days to return it.                     Mattresses are subject to return after a 30-day trial\u00a0Please note that items are not returnable in the case of\u00a0Damage caused by misuse or signs of wear and tear\u00a0The product has been used, purposely altered, or assembled\u00a0Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size.                       You have\u00a072 hours<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>after you place your furniture order of full flexibility to cancel the order or to make any changes in style, color, or dimensions. In the case of cancellation\u00a0within 72 hours<\/strong><\/span>, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Within\u00a07 days<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>of placing your order, if you\u2019d like to cancel it you will receive a 50% refund of your payment<\/p>

                      After 7 days of placing your order, you cannot amend or cancel the order. Furniture products are eligible\u00a0only\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>for replacement\u00a0exclusively<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>in the case of manufacturing defects<\/p>

                      Delivery Deferment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                      You can request to receive your furniture products\u00a0up to 3 months<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>after you purchase the order. Please note that you need to pay 100% of the payment to be able to receive the order at a later date than the original delivery date.<\/p>

                      Refund & cancellation policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                      Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment\u00a03% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.<\/p>

                      If your product\u00a0matches the conditions<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>above, please call our customer service they will walk you through the\u00a0process of shipping the product<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>back to us through Dash truck. Don\u2019t worry; we are happy to pay for the shipping expenses.<\/p>

                      Please be informed: products that have been returned without calling our customer service will be shipped back to customer.<\/p>
